House Passes $819B Stimulus Plan

President Obama's plan to revive the economy cleared its first hurdle when House members passed their version Wednesday on an $819 billion stimulus package.

"All Republicans who were present voted against the bill. They were joined in their opposition by 11 Democrats."


So now the Democrats OWN this spending (I mean "stimulus") bill. Let's watch it produce NOTHING for our economy except huge deficits and more unemployment. -T
